The prospectus of ‘’Artsakh HEK’’ notes was registered by the resolution N 1/1239A of Chairman of the Central bank of Armenia dated November 28, 2012 according to which the company offers notes under the following conditions:

The public offering of notes will be implemented via open placement, which will start on December 5, 2012 and will last till December 18, 2012.

‘’ArmSwissBank’’ CJSC acts as an Underwriter and Clearing bank.
